Empowered Birth and Pregnancy Education
This is an option for women who are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
Learn about your pregnant body week by week and all of the changes you and your baby will experience.
We will go over the ideal nutrition and diet for your body when pregnant or trying to get pregnant using ayurvedic medicine to determine your specific needs for your body.
We will create a weekly yoga fitness plan to help you throughout pregnancy or to help you conceive.
We will create a birth plan for your big day and I will educate you and your family about the process of birth, what happens to your body before, during and after birth, as well as your options for giving birth, whether that be at home, a birthing center, or hospital.
