Yoga is my go to movement practice because it allows me to dial in and really feel into my body. I love that yoga helps create REAL confidence and allows us to see and understand our REAL body, not what we feel our body should be. Creating tapas (heat) in the body during our practice allows us to take our determination and discipline into day to day life. Practice with me and allow me to show you a daily practice on how to embody your true self and transform into your BEST self.

Yoga teaches us how to notice the subtleties within each moment. Each breath you take as you move through your asanas will bring you to a greater balance and awareness of mind, body, and spirit. Through breath, your mind is quieted and your spirit steps in, allowing your body to flow in harmony with your spirit. Yoga is the perfect place to come to if you’re feeling mentally stuck, physically heavy, and spiritually drained. I will guide you to a practice that will enliven your daily life, fill you up energetically, and bring you presence and strength to the body.
