Empower Flow Yoga 1:1 (Online)
Personal Power is not about controlling other people, true power is self control. In this Solar Plexus centered signature power yoga practice, you will remove energy blocks in your body, enhance your mind, and use your tapas (austerity) to power through your own resistance. You will learn to be comfortable being present and embodied and you will feel tapped into your personal authority and autonomy.
This is a 4 Week personal training package of four (1) hour power yoga classes to immerse yourself in a sadhana spiritual routine to really ground in to your Highest Self!
My signature power yoga style based on the teachings and rhythmic vinyasa style of Baptiste yoga. We will focus on the dynamic components of tapas (heat), flow (vinyasa), core lock (udiyana bandha), and breath (pranayama) to create transformation in the body and mind. My signature power yoga style is also based on hatha yoga teachings, where we use asana and yogic philosophy to study your body as a vehicle for enlightenment and self knowledge.
The “Online” option of this 1-on-1 personal training includes scheduled 1 hour Zoom calls.
For “online” options, please include enough space in your home for you to comfortably workout on your mat and comfortably set up your camera for me to see your entire body. Consider enough space for me to see you clearly in floor poses like Savasana.
Once your 4-week package is purchased, you will receive an email to schedule your four (1) hour online classes with me. Please select a quiet time that allows you to fully immerse in your personal practice.
