17 Minute Power Flow - Yoga with Tianacat

I finally did it! I recorded my voiceover and posted my first ever online power flow for you to use at home or on the go!

Power Yoga is one of my favorite styles. It’s fun, energetic, and sure to build heat (tapas) in the body to help you drive your inner fire and determination on and off the mat.
Here is a spicy, sweaty, 17 minute or so flow that’s great for getting a stretch and workout in when you don’t have a lot of time. 🔥

In this quick flow, we repeat three Sun A salutations, followed by a Sun B flow that we only flow through once to save time. After that we cool the body down and move into some poses for the spine.

I cue a lot of the poses in both Sanskrit and English.

Chaturanga Dandasana aka Chaturanga, is a vinyasa cue for “Hi to Low plank” and is a cue you will often hear in fast paced hot yoga classes.
